This workshop will bring together institutional leaders, research administrators, and faculty for meaningful discussions on navigating organizational change within the PUI/ERI research landscape. By creating intentional partnerships, these triads will collectively address challenges, share valuable experiences and resources, and spark new ideas to fortify research infrastructures.
